Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour (Higher pay available based on experience)
Champion Abatement is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Asbestos Workers. We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work, value safety, and are eager to learn and grow within the environmental remediation industry.
What You'll Do
- Assist with asbestos abatement and demolition projects
- Work safely in regulated environments while wearing PPE, including respirators, coveralls, and gloves
- Follow company safety procedures and industry regulations
- Set up and maintain containment areas
- Perform demolition and material removal tasks
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
Qualifications
- North Carolina Asbestos Worker License preferred
- Candidates without a current license may be considered if willing to attend course and obtain certification
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work in demolition and construction environments
- Comfortable wearing PPE for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude, teachability, and willingness to learn

Schedule
