Your day-to-day as a Commercial Service Representative:

Engage with customers to assess support needs and promote relevant products and services

Maintain customer and sales information in CRM systems to track activities and resolve issues

Generate sales leads, cultivate new business opportunities, and refer prospects to sales representatives

Manage service agreements, pricing changes, and customer retention activities using proprietary software
Your skills and experience:

Ability to type at least 70 words per minute with accuracy

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication abilities
