Pay
Starting at $28.00 per hour
- Increase to $30.00 per hour upon providing proof of enrollment in an ABA Master's coursework program (within 6 months of accepting the position).

Increasing Desired Behaviors is seeking motivated and passionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to grow into leadership through our Program Supervisor in Training Program.
This position is designed for experienced ABA professionals who are committed to advancing their careers and becoming future clinical leaders. Through mentorship, leadership development, and hands-on training, you will build the skills needed to become a successful Program Supervisor while working toward your BCBA goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality ABA services to clients.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision.
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in leadership development and mentorship opportunities.
- Assist with case management responsibilities as training progresses.
- Maintain accurate session notes and documentation.
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and leadership potential.
- Participate in ongoing trainings and professional development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Behavioral Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Passion for working with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership potential and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred.
- Experience implementing ABA programs in home, school, and/or clinic settings.
- Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus.

- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Commitment
Candidates must be willing to enroll in an ABA Master's degree program and provide proof of enrollment within 6 months of accepting the position.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $28.00/hour
- Increase to $30.00/hour after providing proof of enrollment in an ABA Master's coursework program within six months of hire.
