We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Associate to help manufacture, package and ship automotive accessories to dealerships and OEM partners.
This is an on-site position at our manufacturing and fulfillment facility in Bellevue, WA.
Responsibilities will include preparing materials for production, keeping track of supply inventory, assisting in packaging and labeling of finished products, ensuring consistent product quality, and assisting with other tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate is organized, detailed, and can adapt to a fast-moving environment with a small team. We are a fast-growing small company; candidates should have a "can do" attitude and be willing to help with a variety of tasks. Free parking available on site.
2 AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
Mon – Friday
6AM - 3PM
8AM - 5PM
COMPENSATION:
$20 - $25/hr depending on experience.

Machine operation (varies)
Prepare materials for production
Assist with packaging and labeling finished products
Ensure consistent product quality
Assist with other tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High attention to detail.
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience required.
- Must be able to lift a min. of 25 lbs. unassisted.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of eight hours minimum.
- Faster learner, critical thinker, and problem-solving skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Team player, with great interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Forklifts.
- Experience with operating Fiber Lasers.
- Two years as an assembler, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
