About Us
Loy's is a growing landscape design and pool construction company specializing in high-end residential outdoor living spaces. We design and build custom landscapes, patios, pools, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and complete outdoor environments. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer to join our team.
Position Summary
The Landscape Architect will work closely with our sales team to develop custom residential landscape designs that bring our clients' visions to life. This position includes meeting with homeowners, conducting site visits, collecting field measurements, creating professional landscape plans, and assisting with client presentations.
Responsibilities
- Design custom residential landscape plans.
- Create designs for patios, pools, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, fire features, plantings, and other outdoor living spaces.
- Collaborate with the sales team throughout the design process.
- Attend client meetings and assist with design presentations as needed.
- Perform site visits to gather measurements, elevations, and existing site conditions.
- Utilize company-provided surveying and measuring equipment.
- Revise plans based on client feedback.
- Coordinate designs with construction and installation teams.
- Ensure projects comply with local codes and site requirements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred.
- Experience creating residential landscape designs.
- Proficiency with landscape design software such as AutoCAD, Dynascape, Structure Studios (VIP3D), SketchUp, or similar programs.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- 5+ years of experience

Pay
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
