Technician Opportunities Available:
Entry-Level / Express Technician $17-$20.00
- Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections
- Learn alongside experienced master technicians

B-Level Technician $22-$25.00
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Toyota vehicles
- Work on brakes, suspension, steering, drivability, and electrical systems

- Advanced diagnostics and repair expertise
- Engine and transmission repair/rebuild experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, and powertrain components.
- Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
- Utilize schematics, diagnostic tools, and automotive diagnostics software to identify issues accurately.
- Perform advanced repairs involving ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), wheel alignments, and diesel engine repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialized automotive repair tools safely and effectively.
- Follow manufacturer specifications and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair needs and estimated completion times while providing excellent customer service.
Skills
- Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and interpreting technical manuals.
- Solid mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems including powertrain, electrical systems, transmissions, and diesel engines.
- Experience with automotive diagnostics tools and software for accurate troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform wheel alignments and work with ADAS technology effectively.
- Familiarity with auto estimating procedures and service technician workflows.
- Strong customer service skills coupled with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
