Overview
The Order Fulfillment Associate supports the preparation and execution of E-Commerce fulfillment programs. In this role, you will assist with processing, packing, and shipping orders while ensuring all program deadlines and customer requirements are met.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys multitasking, takes ownership of their work, and maintains a positive, flexible, and confident attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Southgate, MI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 25 hours per week (flexible schedule). Five-hour shifts can be scheduled between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Pay Rate: $17–$18 per hour
Responsibilities

Assess daily workloads and prioritize shipments and program-related tasks to meet deadlines.

Manage multiple orders and shipments simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy.

Build and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers in a virtual and collaborative environment.

Accurately enter and manage data, utilizing strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Follow program timelines, checklists, and established processes to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel functions, and efficiently navigate between multiple online platforms.

Support fulfillment, shipping, and operational activities as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Familiarity with shipping software and carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume service environment.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Flexible availability to support changing business and program needs.
