Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales (NNN / Net Lease)

This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role. You're not an employee, there's no salary or hourly pay, and you cover your own taxes. You only make money when you close deals.
It's also fully in-office. No remote, no exceptions. You need to live local and be able to come in every day.
Here's what we do. We're a commercial real estate brokerage that buys and sells net lease investment properties — the kind of buildings leased to businesses. We work with investors, family offices, and 1031 buyers on deals from $500,000 to $20 million and up.
We're growing the team and looking for people to learn this business from the ground up. No experience needed. You'll be on the phone every day, cold calling investors and property owners, building your pipeline in our CRM, and learning how to put deals together. We give you the training, the scripts, the systems, and real mentorship from producers who are closing deals right now.
I'll be straight with you on money. There's a learning curve, and it takes time to ramp up. But once you do, making six figures is absolutely realistic.
What I'm looking for is simple. You're hungry, you take coaching, you learn fast, and you don't quit when people tell you no — because they will, all day. Strong on the phone, solid in writing. High school diploma or GED.
