Pizza Food Truck Operator, where you will be the face of our mobile culinary experience! Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh pizza ingredients and cook pizzas efficiently using operating kitchen equipment such as ovens and prep stations.
- Manage food service customer orders accurately using POS system, ensuring quick turnaround times.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items to enhance sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash register operations, process retail sales transactions, and manage cash handling with accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by adhering to food safety standards, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures.
- Set up, break down, and clean the food truck daily to ensure a safe and organized environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pizza food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast food environments is highly preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a mobile setting.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations.
- Valid drivers license
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
