Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Sterling Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing high-quality patient care, developing individualized treatment plans, and enhancing the recovery process for our patients in Sugar Land and the surrounding Houston area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to determine their rehabilitation needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide hands-on physical therapy interventions to facilitate recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home care strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and physical therapy practices.
- Experience in acute care settings preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs.
