About Glass House Technologies
Glass House Technologies is a nationwide low-voltage contractor based in Huntsville, AL, structured cabling, fiber, security cameras, access control, and wireless, installed and certified by our own crews in all 50 states. Much of our field work supports large multi-site rollout programs, so we go where the work is.
The role
Pull, terminate, test, and certify copper and fiber across enterprise environments. Dispatch is project-based, you will travel to job sites nationwide as work is scheduled. BICSI Installer 1 or equivalent preferred; we will certify the right candidate.
What you get
$20-25/hr starting, posted honestly, not discovered in the interview. This is 1099 contract work directly with Glass House, not routed through a marketplace or staffing broker. Paid certifications on the clock: BICSI, OSHA, and manufacturer training. Raises tied to certifications and ownership, on a schedule you can see. A real career path: technician to lead to superintendent to PM or engineering.
What we are looking for
BICSI Installer 1 certification or equivalent hands-on cabling experience (we will help you get certified). Willingness to travel to job sites nationwide. Reliable, detail-oriented, shows up on time and does the work right the first time.
