What You’ll Do
- Evaluate clients to understand their unique strengths, challenges, and goals
- Design and implement personalized, outcome-driven treatment plans
- Provide hands-on, evidence-based therapy to enhance motor skills, sensory integration, and daily functioning
- Introduce adaptive tools and strategies that promote independence
- Partner with a multidisciplinary team—including speech therapists, physical therapists, and caregivers—to ensure comprehensive care
- Empower clients and families with practical tools and home programs for continued progress
- Maintain clear, timely documentation using our streamlined EMR system
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active (or eligible) Illinois Occupational Therapy license
- 2+ years of clinical experience (home health experience is a strong plus)
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
- A client-first mindset rooted in empathy and respect
- Comfort with EMR systems (experience with TherapyBOSS is a bonus)
