Job Summary:
Pure Envy Med Spa is seeking a skilled, licensed Nurse Practitioner Injector to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will combine your strong clinical background with an artistic eye to deliver high-quality cosmetic injectable treatments. From comprehensive patient consultations to precise structural injections, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their aesthetic goals safely and confidently in a luxury setting.
Core Responsibilities:
- Aesthetic Injections: Administer neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, etc.) with high precision, clinical expertise, and care.
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations to evaluate aesthetic goals, review medical history, assess facial anatomy, and design customized treatment plans.
- Patient Education & Retention: Educate clients on available treatments, realistic outcome expectations, and pre/post-care instructions to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Digital Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential patient records, including treatment details, progress notes, and high-quality before-and-after photos.
- Clinical Compliance: Maintain a clean, sterile, and safe treatment environment in strict accordance with OSHA, HIPAA, and local medical board regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Medical Director, aestheticians, and front-desk staff to ensure a seamless, premium client experience.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest aesthetic techniques, safety protocols, products, and continuing education requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Licensure: Active, valid, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) License
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing or cosmetic injectables is preferred (highly motivated candidates with strong clinical background and certification may be considered).
- Specialized Training: Certification in cosmetic injectables (Botox and fillers) from a recognized and accredited training program.
- Clinical Skills: Advanced understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic balance, and a strong commitment to patient safety and natural-looking results.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, consultation, and customer service skills matching a luxury MedSpa environment.
- Certifications: Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- Tax Classification: Must be willing to work under a 1099 Independent Contractor agreement (responsible for own taxes and insurances)
