Full-Service Bartender
Set-up and prepare all bar items for service. Ensure the bar area is clean, sanitized and ready for service.
Job Tasks (Additional Responsibilities)

Enforces that club rules, regulations and policies are consistently enforced.

Prepares drinks in a professional and timely manner to club standards.

Be able to lift 20 pounds or more.

Assures that all provisions required to operate the bar are available by opening hours. Not limited to the below.

Liquor, wine, beer (non-alcoholic), soda and mineral water.

Snacks.
-
Garnishes – Mint, lemon, limes, onions, olives, etc.
-
Mixes – Bloody Mary, Bull Shot, Bloody Bull, Planters Punch, and stock all fruit juices.

Ice.
-
Maintain and clean bar on a scheduled basis. Not limited to the below.

Back Bar – Weekly
-
Remove all glasses, wash mats, clean shelves, and liquor bottles.

Stainless steel – sinks, ice storage compartments and ice maker.
-
Floor mats – remove, hose down. Sweep and mop floor, replace mats.

Clean refrigeration doors and cube maker.

Daily
-
Cleaning tables.
-
Sweep Floors. (Lounge and Bar)

Clean Windows.
-
Remove Garbage.
-
Wash glasses and supplies.
