Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Technician (Janitorial) to join our dynamic team. This position focuses on maintaining the Seattle Premium Outlets through periodic and restorative services that go beyond routine janitorial work. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and seeing immediate results from your efforts, this is a strong opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, entrances, loading areas, and exterior surfaces
- Complete floor care services including stripping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, and carpet extraction
- Conduct high dusting in common areas, ceilings, vents, beams, and ledges
- Perform high washing of walls, surfaces, and hard-to-reach areas
- Remove gum, stains, and debris from walkways and public areas
- Assist with event setup, seasonal projects, and emergency cleanup needs
- Safely operate equipment such as floor machines, pressure washers, ladders, lifts, vacuums, and hand tools
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company standards
- Report maintenance concerns, damages, or safety hazards to management
- Maintain equipment in clean and working condition
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, pressure washing, or facility maintenance preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, climb ladders, and work at heights when needed
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Schedule, including nights, early mornings, or weekends as projects require
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
