About the Role
As an Instructional Coach (TOSA), you will play a key role in increasing student success through the implementation of research-based
instructional practices. You will provide ongoing professional development, conduct classroom observations, offer feedback, and collaborate
with staff to enhance teaching and learning. This position involves interpreting student data to guide curriculum and instruction,
supporting school improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You will also be responsible for maintaining positive
relationships with staff, students, and the community while adhering to all district policies and legal requirements. A valid Oregon Driver's License
and reliable personal transportation are required. Applicants who are bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply.

Position Title: Instructional Coach - TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment)
Placement: Table Rock Elementary, White City, OR
Supervisor: Principal or designee
Contract Days: 193/194 days/8 hr per day
Salary Range: $46,548 - $90,846 per year plus a Master's Stipend of $2,327
Salary placement will depend upon verified full-time experience and Master's level credits.
Salary listed indicates current 2023-2026 Collective Bargaining Agreement - subject to change
Position will begin on August 27, 2026, with screening to begin immediately.
