We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machining operations and be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. This is a great opportunity to work in a growing, thriving, dynamic manufacturing environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc. - Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining procedures
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications - Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machining processes *Qualifications* - Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Experience with CAM programming software is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of GD&T
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers
