Event Assistant (Event Sales Team)
Job Type: Full-Time | In Person | Entry Level
Our client is expanding their Event Sales Team and is seeking motivated, entry-level candidates who are eager to learn, develop confidence, and build practical skills in events, promotions, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for recent graduates, students, gap-year candidates, career changers or individuals with little to no professional experience who are looking to get their foot in the door.
Full training is provided, so prior sales or events experience isn’t required — just a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
As an Event Assistant, you’ll support live promotional campaigns, interact with customers face-to-face, and represent brands at pop-up and event locations. The environment is fast-paced, hands-on, and team-focused — perfect for someone who enjoys being active and developing their communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at event sites, pop-up stands, and promotional areas
- Greet customers, answer basic questions, and provide clear information on products or services
- Support event setup, maintain presentation standards, and assist with daily organisation
- Engage in face-to-face conversations with members of the public
- Work collaboratively with the events team to meet activity and performance goals
- Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing coaching
