Location: Broward County, FL (Field-Based Role)
Monday–Thursday, 6:45 AM – 5:30 PM
30-minute lunch break
Must be available on Fridays if weather delays occur during the week
All employees report each morning to a designated meeting location in West Pembroke Pines.
From there, company-provided transportation is used to travel to job sites throughout South Florida.
Job sites vary daily and may range throughout Broward County and surrounding areas. Employees are not required to drive to job sites, but must have reliable transportation to the West Pembroke Pines meeting location each day by 6:45 AM.
We are seeking dependable, hardworking Field Technicians to assist with invasive plant and vegetation removal across South Florida. This is physically demanding outdoor work performed in a team environment.
No prior experience required - we provide training for candidates who are motivated and eager to learn.
Remove invasive plants, trees, shrubs, and vines using hand tools (including machetes), equipment, and herbicide application systems
Work in coordinated team patterns to identify and remove non-native vegetation
Apply herbicides using backpack sprayers or mechanical equipment
Perform work across various environments including wooded areas, wetlands, and open terrain
Candidates must be able to:
Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day
Carry and wear a 4-gallon backpack sprayer for prolonged periods
Work in dense vegetation, wetlands, and uneven terrain
Occasionally work in water (ankle to thigh deep)
Tolerate outdoor conditions including heat, humidity, and insects
While on the job, employees may encounter:
Bees, wasps, snakes, alligators, and other wildlife
Mosquitoes and other insects
Rugged and variable outdoor conditions
Reliable transportation to West Pembroke Pines meeting location
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor labor
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Must pass a post-offer background check
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Company-provided transportation to job sites
