Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Smoothie King. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick service fast food restaurants and hospitality, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team. This role requires a hands-on approach to kitchen management, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service are consistently met.
Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to enhance performance and promote a positive work environment.
- Oversee kitchen management, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of food preparation.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently to ensure financial integrity.
- Implement effective strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff to achieve business goals.
- Utilize POS system for managing orders, sales reporting, and inventory tracking.

- Proven experience in team management within a quick service fast food restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
- Proficient in kitchen management practices, including food safety regulations.
- Experience with cash handling processes and financial management.

- Familiarity with POS system is a plus but not required.
