Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Commissary Cook to produce high-quality, large-batch meals that supply multiple locations. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on consistency and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook large-scale recipes.
- Portion and package products for distribution.
- Maintain a clean workspace and follow HACCP guidelines.
- Assist with inventory, receiving, and storage.
Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale or commissary kitchens.
- Strong culinary techniques, knife skills, and cooking methods.
- Valid food handler’s card.
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork.
- Friendly, positive attitude.
