RN in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) will highlight the importance of providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Director of Nursing services (registered nurse), including tasks like vital sign checks, identifying resident changes in condition, striving for best patient centered care, wound care, medication administration, administering IV therapy as ordered,responsible for assessing, planning, and providing direct and indirect nursing care to residents, in coordination with a physician's plan of care. This includes supervising LVNs and CNAs and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. The position will also emphasize the need for strong communication and teamwork skills. The RN will be interacting with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Planning: RNs assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, and contribute to the overall care planning process.

· Supervision: The Licensed Vocational Nurse position will be working under the supervision of an Registered Nurse and will be responsible for monitoring and working closely with the Certified Nursing Assistants
· Shift Requirements: The positions that are available can be for full-time, part-time, or per diem and the shift schedules available for the day, evening, and night shift.
· Experience: The different levels of experience required will be discussed after resume review. There will be positions for entry-level, experienced, and preferred Skilled Nursing Facility experience.
