Event Sales Associate – Truckin with Lula
About Us
Truckin with Lula is a mobile custom trucker hat bar that travels to private parties, corporate events, markets, festivals, and pop-up events throughout the Pittsburgh area. We create fun, one-of-a-kind hats while providing an exciting customer experience.
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and creative team member who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced event environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Help customers design their custom trucker hats by selecting patches, pins, chains, pearls, and other accessories.
- Pin and prepare hats before they are heat pressed.
- Process customer payments using our point-of-sale system.
- Keep the display neat, organized, and fully stocked throughout events.
- Assist with setting up and tearing down the hat bar at each event.
- Represent the Truckin with Lula brand in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
- Work alongside the owners to ensure every customer has a great experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with new people.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Retail, boutique, hospitality, or event experience is a plus but not required.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as needed for events.
- Reliable transportation to event locations is preferred.
