Alps at Wayne Rehab & Care Center is a healthcare organization dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our overnight team.
You will work a full-time overnight shift from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM and have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation
Perform clinical assessments and monitor changes in residents’ conditions
Assist physicians during rounds and exams
Communicate effectively with residents’ families and care team members
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations
Foster a respectful, positive, and collaborative team environment
Qualifications for LPN
Current LPN license valid in NJ
Graduate of an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
Must pass TB screening and Physical
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
