Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with strong expertise in CGI Advantage 4.0, specifically on the Procurement module. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and configuring Vendor Self Service (VSS) and possess a deep understanding of public sector procurement processes.
The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements, configure the solution, support testing, and ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional implementation of CGI Advantage 4.0 Procurement modules.
- Implement, configure, and support Vendor Self Service (VSS).
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops with business users and stakeholders.
- Configure procurement workflows, supplier onboarding, and vendor management processes.
- Support system integration, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve functional issues.
- Support production deployments and stabilization activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of functional consulting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with CGI Advantage 4.0.
- Proven experience implementing Vendor Self Service (VSS).
- Deep understanding of Procurement, Purchasing, Vendor Management, and Supplier Onboarding processes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution design.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting UAT, training, and production rollouts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with State, Local, or Federal Government agencies.
- Knowledge of ERP implementations in the public sector.
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Contract Management, and Financial Management modules within CGI Advantage.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall implementation environments.
