Job Summary:
The Restaurant Manager supervises our restaurants' operations and financial objectives. This involves increasing sales and profitability, implementing controls, managing inventory and systems, and ensuring financial accountability. Key focus areas include enhancing team performance for guest service and hospitality, food preparation, and sales. Additionally, the manager oversees the hiring, training, and retention of employees in accordance with company guidelines and policies.

- Competency in counting money, processing payments, and accounting
