Gary Lee Partners is searching for a talented and enthusiastic interior designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Working closely with a Project Manager, a dedicated Project Team, as well as firm leadership, the senior interior designer will be involved in all stages of a project’s life cycle, from client-facing interviews through design, documentation, construction administration, and post-close marketing initiatives.

· Elevated aesthetic and detailed knowledge of materials, color, light, furniture profiles, scale, and architectural elements
· Leadership. Fully capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Meticulous attention to detail
· The understanding that managing a client’s expectations is of the utmost importance in this industry
· Collaborative and yet fully capable of working autonomously
· Stellar communication skills
· Positive, can-do attitude required to thrive in a boutique studio
Required qualifications:
· A professional degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or similar discipline
· Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working in an interior design studio or architectural firm with emphasis on interior design
· Highly proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
· Experience in managing or coordination of projects ranging from 15,000 – 200,000+ square feet

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
