Provide specialized care for neonates in a Level III NICU (36 beds)
Monitor, assess, and manage critically ill newborns
Administer medications, IVs, and respiratory support as needed
Collaborate with neonatal team and support families

Float to pediatric unit for appropriate assignments if needed
