Simon’s Essex Center Store is seeking reliable, friendly, honest, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Cashier / Sales Associates.
Our store is conveniently located along Route 15 in Essex, VT.

Compensation
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $128–$140 per day
- Weekly pay (every Friday)
- Pay negotiable based on experience
- Wages On-Demand available
- Pay cards available
Early Morning Shifts Available:
- Fridays & Saturdays: 1:00PM-10:00PM
- Sundays: 1:00PM - 9:00PM

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock merchandise as needed
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly with strong customer service & communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Able to work early morning shifts
- Basic math and computer skills
- Retail/cashier experience preferred (not required)
- Must be 16+ years old (VT requirement to sell alcohol & tobacco)
- Able to lift 10–20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Able to stand for extended periods
