We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Relations Representative who is passionate about helping clients, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring that every interaction with our firm is positive and productive.
Position Summary
The Customer Relations Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their engagement with our firm.
This position is responsible for providing timely communication, coordinating appointments, following up on pending information, keeping clients informed, and assisting with the resolution of questions or concerns.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, professional, and comfortable coordinating with multiple internal departments in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries by phone, email, and text.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, information, and requests.
- Keep clients informed of project status, important deadlines, and next steps.
- Address and resolve client questions or concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate client information in the firm’s CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Tax, Accounting, CFO, and Financial Planning teams.
- Help ensure a smooth and consistent client experience across departments.
- Identify opportunities to introduce clients to additional services offered by the firm.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Document client communications and follow-up activities accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- Two or more years of customer service, customer relations, or client support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
- Positive and professional attitude.
- Strong client-first mindset.
- Attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling client and financial information.
- Ability to work under a hybrid arrangement that includes on-site work in Norcross, Georgia.
