Job Description
Cultivation Tech I is an entry level position that maintains and completes daily projects assigned by the Cultivation Manager/Supervisor. This position will be responsible for assisting in all areas of grow operations to include potting, manicuring, and harvesting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assists with grow operations including cleaning, daily activities, quality assurance, potting, manicuring, and harvesting.

Cleans in and around cultivation areas daily, including but not limited to floors, walls, tables, equipment and sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, sanitizing.

Follows compliance procedures mandated by the state licensing requirements.

Maintains open communication with the management team and other co-workers.

Maintains a professional attitude towards coworkers and management.

Follows operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.

Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
-
Completes assigned tasks, projects, and expectations in accordance with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check

Must be able to communicate with GDF Team effectively and professionally

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high stress situations

Education and Experience Requirements

High School degree or equivalent
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds at times

The ability to respond quickly to sounds

The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces

The ability to see and respond to dangerous situations

The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day

The ability to sit or stand for up to 12 hours at a time

The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions

The ability to work in high CO2 environments

The ability to use a half face respirator

The ability to complete fine motor functions

The ability to work in low light situations

Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity

Exposure to limited hazardous chemicals

Must be able to go up and down a ladder repeatedly.
