Industrial Machinery Builder / Fabricator Full-Time | Chino, CA | Starting at $27.00+ based on experience | Mon–Thu 10-hr shifts

Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Industrial Machinery Builder with a strong fabrication background to join our Chino, CA manufacturing team. This is not a structural fab or production welding role — it is hands-on machinery construction. The ideal candidate can take a set of engineering drawings across multiple disciplines (mechanical, piping, electrical routing) and build a complete industrial machine, start to finish, with minimal supervision. If you've built custom equipment, process machinery, conveyors, ovens, tanks with integrated systems, or similar — we want to talk to you.
What You'll Be Building Custom industrial process equipment and specialized machinery, including structural frames and enclosures, integrated mechanical drive and motion systems, process piping, electrical component mounting and wire routing, and specialty heat and chemical process equipment.
Required Experience
Machinery / Equipment Assembly (Primary Emphasis)
- Hands-on experience building complete industrial machines or equipment from engineering drawings and assembly packages
- Ability to read and interpret multi-discipline documentation including mechanical, piping, and electrical schematics simultaneously
- Experience integrating mechanical components: motors, gearboxes, bearings, shafts, couplings, conveyor systems, or similar
- Background in simple plumbing/piping assemblies (flanged, threaded, or compression fittings)
- Experience with electrical component mounting, conduit routing, and wire management (installation, not licensed electrical work)
- Precision fitting, alignment, and tolerance verification using measurement tools
Structural Fabrication (Supporting Skill)
- 3–5+ years of structural steel fabrication experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Proficient MIG and TIG welding producing structural-grade welds — certified or verifiable work history preferred
- Skilled use of saws, plasma cutters, and precision cutting equipment
- Layout and fit-up of fabricated steel components into larger assemblies

- Systematic approach to inspection and dimensional verification throughout the build process
- Ability to identify assembly issues and implement practical solutions without waiting to be told

What We Offer

- Compressed schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts (Fridays off)
