Tally Management Group seeks a Brand Outreach Representative to help expand the adoption of AT&T Fiber throughout Tallahassee. The Brand Outreach Representative supports sales objectives and contributes to sales growth by introducing customers to internet solutions that deliver the speed and reliability modern households depend on.
As a Brand Outreach Representative, you'll meet directly with customers, discuss their connectivity needs, and help them explore AT&T Fiber services that fit their household. Every Brand Outreach Representative plays an important role in customer acquisition efforts, helping customers make informed decisions while contributing to overall sales performance and brand growth throughout the Tallahassee area.
Role Responsibilities of the Brand Outreach Representative
- Guide customers in person by exploring how AT&T Fiber internet can complement their day-to-day activities, from streaming and gaming to working and learning from home.
- Support sales objectives in person by recognizing opportunities to introduce AT&T Fiber services to customers seeking improved digital experiences.
- Lead sales discussions in person, helping customers compare their current provider with AT&T Fiber’s superior reliability without relying on overly technical explanations.
- Facilitate a smooth customer experience by assisting with service selections, sales, and expectation-setting activities for installation.
- Foster customer confidence by responding thoughtfully to questions about coverage, equipment, and pricing throughout the sales process.
- Help achieve team goals by fostering lasting customer relationships built on trust, transparency, and satisfaction with AT&T Fiber services.
- Represent the AT&T Fiber brand professionally while developing as a Brand Outreach Representative.
