Job Summary:
We are looking for compassionate, caring, and trustworthy certified caregivers or CNAs to join our team. If you are dedicated to providing high-quality, faith-based care, we would love to have you.
We service the Greater Westside Phoenix area, including Buckeye, Tonopah, Goodyear, Avondale, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Peoria, Glendale, Tolleson, and Phoenix West of the 17 freeway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and transfers
- Provide warm companionship and incontinent care
- Perform light cleaning, laundry, and run errands
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Support clients living with dementia and Alzheimer's
Requirements:
- Birth Certificate or Passport
- Social Security Card
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
- TB test
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Drivers license /Automobile insurance
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Salary: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
- Hours: 12 to 60 hours per week (Flexible hours available)
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Setting: Non-clinical, Home care / Nursing home (Hospital, Long-term care, Outpatient, or Rehab centers)
- Uniform: Wear your own scrubs
- Remote Work: No (On-site/In-person care)

Schedule & Shifts:
- Standard Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, or Overnight shifts (8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts)
- Weekly Schedules: 3x12, 4x10, or 5x8 options
- Availability: Monday to Friday, weekends, holidays, rotating weekends, and on-call opportunities
- Overtime: Available
