Outbound Phone Sales — Rare Coins & Bullion | Boynton Beach, FL
Base salary + uncapped commission | Full-time, no nights or weekends
Rare Coin Collective sells bullion and collectible coins from US and international mints. This is an outbound room. You'll be on the phone building a book of customers and closing on the call.
We're hiring experienced closers and a small number of junior openers.
What we provide

- A structured first-month training program on the product, the market, and our call process
- Monday–Friday 10am- 530pm . Closed weekends.
- Fulfillment in-house; orders ship next business day, so you're not chasing shipping problems instead of selling
Advancement and earnings
We promote from within, and there's no time-in-seat requirement. Openers move to junior broker and junior brokers move to senior on production, not tenure. If you're producing in month three, you get the desk in month three.
Pay is honest about the spread: new hires start on base plus commission while they learn. Solid producers earn well into six figures. Our top desks are seven-figure producers. Most people land in between, and getting to the top of this room is hard — but the ceiling is real, and it's earned on performance alone.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of outbound phone sales with a documented closing record
- Someone who can build rapport cold and carry a conversation to a close on one call
- High call volume tolerance — this is an outbound room, not inbound order-taking
- Genuine interest in the product. Our best people know what they're selling and why the customer wants it.
- High school diploma minimum
Coin experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach the product to someone who can sell.
