Job Responsibilities
- Provide 40-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions with each patient
- Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and executing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Treat a diverse patient population, ranging from balance and mobility impairments to orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure continued improvement
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and long-term wellness
- Maintain clear, timely, and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians to uphold a high standard of care and patient experience
- Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment that reflects a premium level of service
Qualifications
- Accredited PTA program graduate
- Current FLORIDA PTA license
