Exciting opportunity as a self-storage specialist. This would be a full-time position at 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Renting self-storage units to customers & providing a superior customer service experience.
- Facility Maintenance-ensuring the property is well-maintained, report all necessary upgrades and repairs.
- Ensuring packing supply merchandise display is always fully stocked and placing orders when needed.
- Following up on internet leads and reservations as well as making collection calls.
- Marketing from time to time including flyers, posting door hangers, handing out promotional discount cards, speaking with prospects about unit availability, etc.
- Making sure the facility is well maintained and clean.
- Attending to all customer needs and requests.
- Submitting invoice requests for payment and confirming vendors work as agreed upon.
Qualifications
- Superior customer service skills.
- Salesmanship.
- Ability to clearly write and convey messages in an email in a simplistic, concise manner.
- Qualified candidate must have the ability to run the property and know all aspects and everything going on at the facility.
- Qualified candidate must have leadership skills and the ability to answer all questions and concerns relating to the property.
- Must have an intermediate working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

Pay: $23.00 per hour. This position is responsible for customer service, sales, leasing, marketing, office administration, facility maintenance and property appearance and is full-time at 40 hours per week. We offer paid holidays, paid time off, and monthly bonus potential.
