Position Overview
As the Branch Operations Supervisor for our new satellite office, you will be the driving force behind establishing, operating, and expanding our footprint in the region. This is a dynamic, high-impact role designed for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes true pride in ownership.
In this role, you will literally "wear all the hats." On any given day, you will act as a first responder on emergency losses, sell jobs directly to homeowners, lead field operations as Crew Chief, and actively perform water damage restoration. Simultaneously, you will spearhead local business development efforts, build strong referral partner networks, manage local field personnel (starting with 1 technician), and lay the operational groundwork to scale the team as the territory expands.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Leadership & Emergency Response
- Serve as the primary First Responder for emergency water damage calls in the market.
- Perform on-site initial inspections, perform psychrometric assessment, establish dry-out protocols, and set job scopes.
- Lead field execution as Crew Chief, actively performing and overseeing water mitigation, equipment setup, containment, and extraction.
- Ensure complete, accurate, and timely project documentation, including moisture logs, psychrometric readings, daily job site notes, photos, and scope sheets.
2. On-Site Sales & Homeowner Consultation
- Guide stressed homeowners through emergency loss situations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Present solutions and perform on-site sales, closing work authorizations directly with property owners.
- Walk clients through the restoration process, insurance claim workflows, and next steps to build trust from minute one.
3. Business Development & Market Growth
- Drive business development initiatives to build brand presence and drive organic lead volume across the local territory.
- Identify, build, and nurture relationships with key referral partners (plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and trade contractors).
- Represent the company at local community events, networking groups, and industry associations.
4. Team Building & Branch Operations
- Direct, mentor, and work alongside field technicians (starting with 1 technician).
- Maintain high standards for job quality, safety compliance, fleet upkeep, and equipment readiness.
- Partner with leadership to recruit, hire, and onboard additional technicians as regional job volume grows.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Field Experience: Strong background in water damage restoration, structural drying, and field operations (IICRC certifications preferred).
- Sales & Communication Savvy: Natural ability to build immediate rapport with homeowners and pitch value to referral sources.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to build something from the ground up.
- Leadership Capability: Ability to lead by example in the field, train technicians, and build team culture.
- Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to participate in on-call response rotations and adapt to dynamic daily priorities.
- Driver’s License: Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
