Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill an
Advanced Stock/Receiving Associate - Secret Clearance position within their high-technology defense systems team. This role will perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. The position is based in Canonsburg, PA and fully on-site.

Position: Advanced Stock/Receiving Associate - Secret Clearance
Contract Length: 12–24 months with possibility of going direct
Pay: $28.57 per hour
Education/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent is required plus a minimum of 4 years of related experience. Certification in assigned area is preferred, if appropriate
Schedule: First Shift
Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance is required at the time of hire. U.S. citizenship required.
As an Advanced Senior Stock/Receiving Associate, you’ll perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. You’ll accurately complete paperwork or system transactions applicable to functions such as receipts or issues, maintain accurate stockroom, inventory and system data, and research material shortages and support problem solving resolutions.
What you bring to the table:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of related experience. Certification in assigned area is preferred if appropriate
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate a forklift or other power industrial vehicles
- Good computer skills with knowledge of the enterprise software tools (MRP, Receiving) and associated data
- Clear knowledge of material receiving, control and inventory methodology
- Clear knowledge of Government Customer Property Control
