Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply and drainage systems in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and system upgrades with precision
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure proper installation and repairs
- Operate power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and effectively
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project scope, progress, and maintenance tips
Skills
- Proven experience in construction plumbing, residential plumbing, and commercial plumbing projects
- Proficiency with plumbing inspection cameras, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of water systems, plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely while adhering to traffic laws and company policies
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly tools for various tasks
- Experience with remodeling projects, handyman tasks, heavy lifting, and construction site work
- Excellent customer service skills combined with clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting complex systems
- Familiarity with local building codes ensures all work meets legal standards
