What you can expect from this role

Work as Team Lead ED RN, but expertise in Behavioral Health

Teach/mentor RNs in de-escalation techniques, restraint protocols, safety, psychopharmacology and other behavioral health topics

May do chart audits for restraint documentation

Join the recently built ED with state-of-the-art equipment

Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure

Part-time (0.6 FTE) midshift position; 1300-0130

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree

Experience: 3 years' RN experience; Emergency and Behavioral Health nursing experience highly preferred

Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
