This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a traditional W-2 employee position. Representatives have the flexibility to build their business on a full-time or part-time basis while working with the support of an experienced leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships through networking, community outreach, referrals, and educational events.
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their financial goals and protection needs.
- Educate clients on financial protection strategies, including living benefits, legacy planning, retirement preparation, and other insurance-based solutions.
- Guide clients through the application process while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide ongoing service and support to clients after policies are issued.
- Participate in weekly training, mentorship, and professional development.
- Build and maintain a strong referral network within your community.
Who We're Looking For
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and educating others.
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Sales, customer service, retail, healthcare, education, banking, recruiting, or business development experience is helpful but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Life Insurance License preferred. Individuals who are not currently licensed may be eligible to obtain their license before working with clients.

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is performance-based and is earned through commissions and other applicable incentives based on production. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or salary.
