We are currently hiring for an Entry Level Client Sales Representative to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. This role supports client account growth by engaging with customers, promoting services, and providing an excellent experience throughout the sales process. Candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, sales, or communication often excel in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No prior sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing professional development to help you build confidence and succeed in your role.
This position is fully onsite
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective customers to share product information and provide service recommendations.
- Support client acquisition goals by representing products and services professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and interactions.
- Communicate customer feedback to leadership to improve processes and service quality.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly team goals.
- Participate in team meetings, development workshops, and coaching sessions.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, athletics, or communications is helpful but not required.
