Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience

DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements

SAP drivers welcome if step 6 is complete and driver has experience with another carrier after completion
Average weekly pay: $1,250–$1,500
-CPM paid on ALL miles - loaded or empty
Southwest regional routes
Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
34–48 hour reset at home
Dry van freight
70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
100% no-touch freight
Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)
Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
Paid vacation
Paid holidays (8 days per year)
