Job Title: Junior Project Manager (In-Office)
Position Summary:
We’re looking for a driven, detail-focused Junior Project Manager (In-Office) to join our team and support commercial HVAC and sheet metal ductwork projects. This role is based primarily in-office, with some travel required to project sites or partner offices. You’ll assist in coordinating the moving parts of each job—ensuring timelines are met, documents are organized, and communication flows like a well-built duct system.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC and sheet metal ductwork projects.

Work closely with estimators, engineers, and senior PMs to prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedules.

Maintain accurate project documentation and tracking logs.

Coordinate with field crews to ensure proper material deliveries and manpower alignment.

Review construction drawings and specifications to verify project scope and compliance.

Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams.

Attend project meetings (in person or virtual) and provide detailed recaps and follow-up actions.

Assist in managing project budgets and tracking job costs.

Stay based in-office to handle project administration and coordination; occasional travel required.
Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in construction or mechanical/HVAC industry preferred (internships included)

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Basic understanding of mechanical systems or ductwork layouts is a big plus
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Procore or similar construction/project management platforms

Familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or project scheduling tools

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is helpful, but not required
