We are looking for a Dental Assistant who is not just clinically skilled, but who brings energy, awareness, and heart into every room.
Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor in a wide range of procedures (restorative, surgical, implant, and cosmetic cases)
- Prepare and break down operatories efficiently and thoroughly
- Take high-quality digital x-rays and intraoral scans
- Anticipate doctor needs and stay two steps ahead during procedures
- Ensure a clean, organized, and fully stocked clinical environment
- Support patient experience by creating comfort, confidence, and clarity
- Communicate clearly with both clinical and front office teams for seamless patient flow
What We’re Looking For
- Dental assisting experience (preferred)
- Strong organization and time-management skills in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Additional Skills:
- Experience with CAD/CAM dentistry and same-day crown workflows
- Familiarity with CEREC scanning, design, and milling systems
- Experience assisting with implant placement and restoration
- Knowledge of hybrid dentures / full-arch implant prosthetics
- Experience with removable appliances including partials, night guards, and retainers
- Familiarity with root canal procedures and surgical extractions
- Ability to fabricate temporary crowns
- Experience managing lab cases and tracking restorative workflows
- Familiarity with digital imaging, intraoral scanners, and dental software systems
