Now Hiring: Preschool Teacher (Small Class Size – Only 5 Students!)
Are you passionate about early childhood education and love creating a warm, nurturing environment for little learners? We’re looking for a dedicated, caring Preschool Teacher to join our small early learning center!
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a small group of children and values meaningful, individualized teaching experiences.
Class Size: 5 preschoolers – giving you the chance to truly connect and make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment
- Foster independence, creativity, and a love of learning
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Maintain classroom organization and follow daily routines
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (ages 3–5)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices
- Ability to create lesson plans aligned with developmental milestones
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred but not required
