Our client is a local general contractor working on a variety of projects in the commercial space. They're looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project; the Project Manager will be monitor and manage the day-to-day execution, project controls, project engineering, cost, risk, and business management of multiple commercial projects
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Experience with healthcare projects preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
