What You’ll Actually Do
You will work directly with homeowners throughout the roofing and restoration process. This is a professional, customer-facing sales role where your job is to understand the situation, explain the options, and help customers move forward with confidence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing and storm-related concerns
- Help customers understand project timelines, insurance details, and next steps
- Recommend restoration solutions based on customer needs and property conditions
- Develop your sales skills through mentorship, ride-alongs, and weekly training
You are not expected to know everything on day one. You will learn the process, build product knowledge, and develop the confidence to guide customers professionally.
Earnings And Career Path
The earning opportunity is performance-based, with new representatives receiving training pay plus performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission.
- New Representatives: $5,000 to $8,000 monthly
- Experienced Sales Reps: $8,000 to $15,000+ per month based on production
