Duties

- Support menu planning by organizing ingredients and prepping items needed for daily meal service or catering events.
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food items.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including dishwashers, slicers, mixers, and other culinary tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen environment by cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas regularly.

Skills
